allows employees to post and read notices and messages
- for example meeting times, sales news, even what time
to meet in the pub for after work drinks!
Administrators have complete control over the noticeboard,
giving you the power to delete messages where appropriate
and monitor who's saying what and when.

Administrators
can create generic templates for use (via the HTML Editor)
in the Content Management System. This is useful for
speeding up certain repeated processes such as creating
new employee pages every time someone joins the company,
or news stories in a 'news' section.
Once created employees simply load a template into
their pages as and when needed.

control this menubar yourself meaning that you can add/delete
sections, subsections and even sub-subsections at will.

Our
Document Management System (DMS) allows you to set-up
'Resource Sharing Areas' on your intranet and allow
employees to upload and share forms, documents, materials,
etc.
You simply set-up an employee as an authorised 'user'
via a simple control panel and assign a username and
password. With that username and password they can then
enter the secure 'Resource Sharing Area' and upload
files for other employees to look at and use. These
files could be PDF documents, 'Word' documents, 'Publisher'
documents, 'Excel' spreadsheets, etc. Then, of course,
each employee can share any files submitted to the shared
area.

'News Ticker' is basically a scrolling headline 'banner'
across the top of your intranet homepage. These provide
instant updates and news items, as and when they happen.
